All In-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours by courier, any items that we do not have in stock will be ordered and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Please note. We order from various suppliers and all their lead times are different, some items arrive within a few days and other items can take a up to 21 days. Krisline orders can take as long as 28 days so please make sure you are happy to wait before ordering as we don’t accept cancellations of orders.

On arrival of our deliveries we send goods out as quickly as possible via courier.

We are able to offer our customers a dropship service and this is available on all Suzanne’s lingerie and beaded bra straps.

Dropship means that we will ship directly to your customer. Dropship orders must be clearly marked "Dropship" and must be placed either by fax, e-mail or on the (Note: you must be an approved customer to use this facility). We cannot accept orders over the telephone. Other conditions of this include the following:

• There will be a £4.00 delivery charge for an individual item and an extra £1.50 for any additional items going to the same address.
• Items will be sent out First Class Recorded Delivery.
• Plain Packaging bags will be used by us and your invoice will be sent separately to your address.
• All orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. If your item is not in stock you will be advised within 24 hours.
